Climate change is the biggest threat faced by humanity today. Yet, the climate domain and its narratives are dominated by polluting industries like oil, coal, and natural resource extraction.

How We Do It

Our Journey

We began Talk Dharti To Me in 2021 to translate complex climate action into digestible, research-backed media and strategies that can bring climate science to the mainstream. 

 

Through our experience with mass communication and creative media, we noticed that most climate organisations struggle with storytelling and robust research. We apply a systems thinking approach and recognise the interconnected challenges of communication, research, and impact. 

 

We decided to bridge this gap by providing our professional services to climate changemakers in a consulting capacity. Through NISRG, we empower our clients to multiply their impact by amplifying their story and advancing their efforts.

Meet The Team

Nivedita Bansal

Founder, CEO

Nivedita founded NISRG in 2021 to bring fresh, creative energy into sustainability communications. She is also the Co-founder and Executive Editor of Talk Dharti to Me, a youth-led magazine on sustainability. Nivedita holds a BSc (Hons.) in Global Sustainability Science from Utrecht University, she blends strategy and storytelling to help organizations amplify their climate and social impact. Nivedita was a COP29 Youth Delegate and the youngest member of Fondation L'Oreal's Women Climate Collective's 2024 cohort.

Rohit Warang

Consultant

Rohit has been associated with NISRG since 2024. He is the Co-founder and Associate Editor of Talk Dharti to Me. With extensive experience in life sciences research, he brings analytical depth to the team, helping translate complex goals into meaningful outputs.

Kasturi Thorat

Consultant

Kasturi joined NISRG in 2025. She is also the Managing Editor at Talk Dharti to Me. With a strong academic background from Columbia University, she brings four years of expertise in climate policy and research. She believes that clear and relatable climate communication is essential to drive meaningful climate action.
